Is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.


Born in Milton Keynes, he joined the youth system at MK Dons aged 11 and broke into the first team five years later, during the 2012–13 season. Over the next two-and-a-half years he made 74 league appearances for MK Dons, scoring 22 goals, and played for the England U17, U18 and U19 teams.


He signed for Tottenham in February 2015 and on the 8th August, Dele made his debut against Manchester United as a substitute and has remained a key part of the Tottenham first team since.


In October 2015, he was included in Roy Hodgson’s England Squad for the final EURO 2016 qualifying matches against Estonia & Lithuania and earnt his first senior caps in those games.  On November 17th 2015 Dele made his first start for England against France in a friendly at Wembley, scoring a long range effort in a convincing victory.


Dele received the prestigious honour of the PFA Young Player of the Year for 2015-2016 in April for his outstanding contribution to Tottenham’s European qualifying season.  He was also recently awarded the BBC MOTD Goal of the Season for his strike against Crystal Palace in January 2016.  Dele has returned an impressive 10 goals in his 46 appearances for Tottenham to date.
